Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! I have been dealing for 2 years with problems from a brand new AC unit from Rod Johnson's AC. I decided to call McLaughlin's based on the good experience my sister had with this company. Laci and Rob explained all of the problems surrounding the existing new unit. They explored all of the possible issues and sent me the pictures to justify my complaints with the other company. They were both courteous and friendly while being very professional. When this debacle is resolved, I hope to purchase and replace the AC unit from them. Thank you both for confirming my suspicions about the broken down new unit from Rod Johnson's.

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

The tub is filling up and the toilet was bubbling over. I called at 9:16am, received a call back at 9:36. Plumber arrived at 10:00. The job was finished by 10:20. Excellent customer service on the phone very professional and polite. Ken fixed the clog in no time without any struggles or issues. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing. The price was very reasonable!!

I can't say enough good things about this company! I had left an after hours message regarding a leaking water heater and Joshua called me back within minutes and scheduled the replacement for the following morning. He quickly and efficiently replaced the failing water heater, supply lines and damaged stand, leaving the entire setup way better than it was originally. I highly recommend Joshua and his company for any and all plumbing/drain work you may need. He's a great guy and does excellent work.

I actually give them negative stars. I would never recommend this company! I should have read the reviews before they came out. They Installed a water heater without a permit and did not have it inspected afterwards which was actually a hazard because it was installed incorrectly. I had to call out another company to reinstall up to code. The guy that came out was very unprofessional, portrayed an attitude, flooded my back porch area, threw the old water heater out onto my concrete. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
