Joe Bryson misrepresented what he was doing. Did VERY shabby work. (the warranty paperwork was installed INSIDE the condenser unit out in the yard.... a few days later the AC stopped working and another REPUTABLE AC company came out and they found the paperwork had been installed in the condenser and had burnt edges). The condensation drain was stuck into an existing PVC pipe extending from the wall that WASN'T HOOKED INTO ANYTHING, and therefore flooded my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. I had to replace all of my floors (thank God for good insurance!) I was without AC for a week in the hottest part of the summer. Finally, after taking many notes on behavior and workmanship, I turned him over to the State Contractor's Board and they took it from there. He was taken to court and fined thousands of dollars in fines and the court also reimbursed me for the repairs I had to have done to my AC/heating unit. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO FIX ANYTHING AT MY HOUSE. I don't understand why he's still in business. I could go on. . . there was a lot more. It was the summer I'll never forget!!!

What's called for in plans isn't always best, so it's really important to work with a plumbing crew that actually knows what's going to happen to every fixture and pipe when contractors and subs hand over 18 months of work and a home enters daily use. Recommendations and suggestions from plumbers regarding any change you might want before sheetrock?

Planning isn't the end: We experienced a manufacturer's defect almost a year in, in a shower valve, and Seco took care of everything.

If we were to do it all over, again, Seco would still be on-site.

I had an active leak on my home after returning from vacation, we looked around for help but know one was available on short notice, that’s when we found Louis, he came over and diagnosed our problem and went to work right away to fix it, an hour or so later we had new piping and the leak was fixed. Crystal Plumbing is two brothers and their dad (who acts as secretary), so you always know who is coming to your house. Big plumbing companies hire people who come and go. I am so very grateful to have found skilled plumbers who pride themselves on their fair prices and excellent customer service. Throw away all your other plumber numbers. They have helped me with several properties. Highest recommendation!!

Update: Just tremendous customer service. They inspected a new house for me that had sat vacant for several years. Went through everything and gave me a complete report. They never try to upsell you because they are as honest as the day is long.

*Two months later, after many calls and anger on my part, Roto Rooter fixed the issue with permit and inspection at no additional cost.*
I had work done by Roto Rooter and I am not satisfied. In the invoice I was charged for a permit which, after a call to the city, I found out was not pulled. There was no inspection, though the invoice stated that there would be one. Work was “completed” but a month and a half later the same problem reoccurred. They make excuses and don’t seem to understand when someone spends over 10,000 on “fixing” a problem they expect the problem to be fixed, and if not all efforts should be made to make it good. Anger and frustration is all I got from using this company.
