I came home to a leaking ceiling and I was panicking. My first call was to JC Sewer and Drain and the owner immediately put my mind at ease.
The technician was scheduled to come out at 4:00pm and he finished his previous job early and the receptionist called me and asked if it was okay for him to come earlier than scheduled. When the technician arrived he looked at the ceiling and thought it might be a roof leak. He worked quickly to determine what the cause of water damage is in my unit and he provided me with detailed notes so I could submit his findings to my insurance company.

Called rooter out to unclog drain, they changed me 275 to run the snake dwn my drain. Then they told me the roots frm my tree was blocking my drain. They gave me an estimate of 3000k the fixed the problem. I call a another small company out to get a second opinion. They told me it was the city responsibility. I called the city out, they unclogged my drain for free. Roto rooter is a shadie unethical company , trying to do unnecessary work. I will report them to bbb.
