I contacted Freitas around 1:00pm not expecting to have someone at our home until the following week to address a faulty water heater. Surprisingly Kai was at our door only a few hours later and installed an entirely new water heater under 3 hours. Kai was incredibly professional. While not the cheapest quote in town, it was certainly worth the extra costs for the speedy and efficient service.

Oliver was able to fix our 2 toilets in a timely fashion (including parts replacement). He also cleaned up all the mess at the end. Great!

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

Thank you so much for helping us replace our tankless water heater within a few days during a busy time! I wanted to get my issue resolved ASAP and done correctly the first time since I've heard plumbing horror stories from friends in the past. Once I came across their yelp page and read various reviews it was a no brainer. The owner Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable when I called him on Monday night regarding our water heater leaking. On Tuesday morning his son Mikey came to look at the issue and by Thursday we had a new tankless water heater! Mikey and another gentleman who I didn't get his name, did a great job with the install. They were fast, professional, and friendly. We'll be using them in the future if we have any other plumbing issues. Definitely recommend this company!

Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

The plumber (George) was fast, focused, found the problem immediately and fixed it.
