They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. If I could give Valice Plumbing 10 stars I would!!! I had to replace my water heater after having the exhaust flue removed. Not every plumbing company can install an exhaust flue, I found out. Not long after the flue was removed, I called Valice. Valentine (the owner), gave me an estimate over the phone according to what we had discussed, he came about an hour later to verify the estimate, which remained the same, and the tools and materials he would need. He brought Carlos and his crew and they had the water heater installed in short time. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced for the work I needed. I would recommend Valice for any plumbing related issue!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
