I have had E&G come out to my home several times. I've dealt with Eric every time and he's very courteous, professional and I feel as if he has been honest every time. I do not get the sense of being nickel and dimed as I have with past plumbers. This company also gives military and senior discounts. Highly recommended. This is also a more locally owned business. It's always good to support business local to the area he is a small business owner please support him versus calling out the name brand plumbers we see on tv. Unfortunately I will probably need his Services again and he will be my first and only call. Highly recommended

Roto rooters told me I needed a new garbage disposal and they charged me 670 total with installation and everything and anthony came in, grabbed a wrench, and my garbage disposal was fixed!

Had a huge leak...between the house and the meter. Guy came in and knew what he was doing. In less than 3 hours fixes the problem and we have running water back in the house. The only thing was that it was pretty expensive. The labor plus having place a new pvc pipe cost almost $600. But the customer sevice and knowledge was good.

By far the best plumber we've used. The whole process was seamless and very professional. They checked in after to make sure we were satisfied with the service as well.

I would definitely recommend Valice Plumbing. Val & Alice are a lovely couple, their energy feels like family. We had issues with our water heater and we were not sure what it was, so I called PG&E to come check it out and let me know we had to replace a piece, thermocouple. I called from the list of numbers on google and some places I called were charging about the same amount I paid Valice Plumbing, for just inspecting to let me know what could be wrong with when I had already called PG&E to come do that for free as a customer service. Mr. & Mrs. Navarro came out the same day and got it done. For safety reasons I called PG&E to safety check it. There was a small issue and Mr. Navarro had no problem coming out and fixing it, at no charge! Really professional and honest work. Definitely recommend!

Great guy, came for inspection, identified cause, came back next day and fixed the problem. The plumber kept us informed at all times of the work in progress. Would call on him again.

Joshua and his partner were professional and explained exactly what needed to be repaired. Joshua informed me additional work that possibly would need to be done once they took toilets off. He provided us with a step by step plan. They did a great job!!! I will always call these plumbers.

Not satisfied with the very late arrival after I was told at first someone would be here by 4pm. The I received notice that I someone would be here between 1 and 3. Then I receive notice a technician is on his way around 4:30. The technician arrives around 5:15 and offers me a 10% discount from a min $250 charge. Not enough for the major inconvenience I endured freeing up my whole day on the belief that I could trust what I was told about the service I was going to receive.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
