Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. The guy was nice and friendly. He used the snake for about 10 mins, and determined it couldn’t be done. He wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. I said no, so he packed up and left. Problem wasn’t fix.

Oliver from Golden Bay Plumbing fixed a leaking shower for me that was a particularly stubborn and hard-to-diagnose problem. Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair. At the end he left me with a better shower than when he arrived. It is said that every cloud has a silver lining. The silver lining on the leaky shower cloud for me is that I found a great plumber who I will call upon straight away for future plumbing needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver.
