I have had E&G come out to my home several times. I've dealt with Eric every time and he's very courteous, professional and I feel as if he has been honest every time. I do not get the sense of being nickel and dimed as I have with past plumbers. This company also gives military and senior discounts. Highly recommended. This is also a more locally owned business. It's always good to support business local to the area he is a small business owner please support him versus calling out the name brand plumbers we see on tv. Unfortunately I will probably need his Services again and he will be my first and only call. Highly recommended

Horrible service. I was charged $95 to be told that I had a leaking pipe... no kidding? He only want to trench a brand new main $$$$$$
Tech was not useful and left me without water when he could have just jumped a hose from the pump faucet to the house! When I called to discuss it with the owner so that I wouldn't have to leave a BAD REVIEW, he said he would just tear up the check then HE CASHED IT ANYWAY!! Do not call them for help you will just get ripped off.

If u need ur hot water heater fixed these r ur guyz they installed a new 1 for my aunt an ended up fixing ours up wen other companies jus told us we had 2 replace

Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

The plumber (George) was fast, focused, found the problem immediately and fixed it.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.

Do Not Use these guys. They are not honest and exploit the situation to rip you out. And they do not know what they are doing.
My tenants faced water clog issue the very first day of move-in and were not able to use the showers or toilets. I have Old Republic Home Warranty, who is pathetic as well and always picks up bad and cheap service providers like these guys. These guys showed up the next day and their plumber spent 15 min inside and left. Did not see the backyard or missed the water coming out of the front yard sewer clean up right there in front of him. Then they filed a report with the home warranty saying that since there is no clean out on the property (lie), it needs a roof cleanup service which is not covered by the warranty (of course) and would cost me $679 out of pocket on top of $85 they charged for the service fee. I called the home warranty and they won't listen as always. I told. them that I can see the water coming out and problem is right there, it's obvious. I sent messages and tried calling this company and they won't respond anymore.
Next morning I grabbed another local service in Tracy and they did not even go inside and plugged their machine to the front yard cleanup above and found some tree roots and voila, problem fixed. And charged me half the money.
Now my battle is with the home warranty who are not taking any responsibility for it and not reimbursing any money or the service fee. No wonder these guys have 1-star review ranking on Google. They clearly saw an opportunity to exploit and make money out of it instead of solving the problem they could have while my tenants family went through so much discomfort.
