I had a severe water leak in my water softener pipe in my garage so I called Luis at LM Plumbing to see if he could help me out. It was already after normal business hours and I was relieved that he was willing to come out and make the repair. I texted him some pictures of the problem and he quoted me a reasonable price considering it was an emergency job. He showed up at my house within half an hour and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly. Luis is very friendly and does quality work. He stands behind his work by offering a guarantee. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

They gave us a quote for $79 to come out on a Sunday to inspect a problem. The technician called us back and tried to change the quote to $495 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. He asked was I sure it wasn’t something that could wait. We got him to grudgenly agree it was only $79 for the estimate. He said he would be out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back saying it was now night hours and it was $250 plus $495 for a minimum of 1 hour. We canceled he service call and contacted a different company. They do not honor their quotes. I called to complain and the manager said he did not know where the technician came up with the numbers from.

After reading the great reviews I was looking forward to talking with this company in hopes that they could help me with my plumbing problem. Unfortunately I never got a call back after leaving a message.

Oliver and Luis were very responsive during Super Bowl weekend, when we discovered a water heater tank leak. They were able to give us a next day appointment, and arrived right on time. They were super respectful and helped us understand what the problems were and laid out the various options we had. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and made the process as pain-free and smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
