In short: one of their technicians tried to overcharge me for a simple bathroom exhaust fan replacement. I was told the model and version that I had was outdated and was no longer being sold anywhere and that they would have to cut a portion of the ceiling where my current exhaust fan was in order for them to be able to install a newer model which was significantly bigger than the one I had. It seems like they kept insisting on a bigger model because it was more expensive and that would mean more money for them. I called another company the next day and they were able to replace my old exhaust fan with a similar model of the same size as my old one and without the need of cutting into my ceiling. They also managed to do it for way less than what I was quoted from J & J. It was done and ready to go in about an hour or less. Please be sure to call other places and get more than one quote and compare prices before going directly with just one quote or company. I would have overpaid by a lot if I hadn’t gotten a second opinion from another professional. Please avoid these guys, they will definitely try to push some expensive and unnecessary work on you just to be able to charge you more.

I've used Valice Plumbing several times. They did the sewer line inspection for our home, they rerouted our water and electrical lines for installing a kitchen island, AND they did the finish work for the island (installed sink, disposal, and dishwasher). Man, they can just do it all. They are very responsive and a breeze to work with. I'll be calling Valice when I need any plumbing work done.

As soon as I called, they were able to check out the problem with my water heater and came up with a permanent solution. It was fast and the prices were good. Charlie is great. If you are looking for a great handyman don't hesitate to call him. He does excellent work and is very meticulous. Charlie finished the trim on a sliding patio door and it looks so nice. He also hung a screen door for me and it is perfect. I will be using him for some more projects around our house. Debbie

Everyone from Ashley to Ruth to Brandon were extremely helpful & professional from the start.I was just calling as a back up plan due to frustration & issues with my warranty company & Ashley did not hesitate, she had quotes to me in minutes & was understanding during my little melt down.
