I was having a sliding patio door replaced. Everybody involved was surprised when, after removing the old door, we discovered a live electrical wire had been routed around it. My contractors didn't want to continue until that was resolved and I wasn't looking forward to having my door replaced with plywood while waiting for an electrician.Luckily Frank was able to make it out in about two hours - I was very surprised and very happy. He made things safe so the door installation could continue, then came back the next day to install a new wire and return power to half of the outlets on that circuit. He proposed routing the new wire through conduit outside to minimize the number of holes he'd need to punch in the drywall - a suggestion I was happy to take. As a bonus, I now have some new outlets on my deck.Overall: Frank arrived quickly, was conscientious about minimizing damage to my house while doing the job, and got everything done surprisingly quickly.

Called Simon about a leak in our main water line. He was out in a few days, found the leak and was spot on! Great customer service and very dependable!!

I had 3 contractors came to do the estimate. 2 of them said they can’t do the Trenchless, because the working area is too small and too complicated, can only do with trench, hence the price is much higher. Only Complete Trenchless can do with Trenchless, with a reasonable price.

The job was well done. The plumbers were experienced and courtesy. Working area was well restored

Jacob came out quickly to repair a couple pipes that busted due to the freezing weather in Seattle. We had to turn off the main water to stop the water and no other plumbing companies could come out that day. Until I reached Jacob! He’s very professional, quick, and more than fairly priced.
