They were very quick to get someone out to the house and the gentleman Farood who show up, was friendly, fast, and tidy. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because the person doing the scheduling was not willing to give me any sort of ballpark range for the price of various services.

They were very professional and friendly. I used them twice and I was very happy with the work each time. They made it a priority to come to my house the day I called to give me an estimate - and without an annoying trip charge like other plumbers - and they sent professional and courteous people to do the work. They worked diligently and without a lot of breaks, and also left the job site tidy when done. If I have to a use a plumber again in the future, they'll be my first call.

I called Mr.Rooter with a possible basement drain clogged problem. I got a chance to talk with Teresa. Teresa has good communication skills. She was very helpful. I mean for those English 2nd languages you better call Mr.Rooter before you called another company. The cost was very reasonable considering the time and what needed to be done. I highly recommend them!
