Installed a whole house water shut off system

I hired O’Neill Plumbing Company after having a really bad experience with another supplier recommended by The Home Depot. After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help.

Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided.

On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. They sacrificed their Mother’s Day celebrations to complete this project and can’t thank them enough for such a great experience. At precisely 5:30pm on a Friday night, I went down into my basement to fetch a roll of paper towels only to find that my sewer had backed up all over the floor. Perfect timing, as always. Trisha was out here the next day, in spite of the short notice, and was professional and helpful beyond the call of duty. After clearing the blockage, I decided to have her line my side sewer. She was prompt and dedicated throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Trisha!

They replaced a very difficult water line that went up a steep hill under my basement slab to the water main shutoff in the back bathroom. They came in on budget, got the work done and the crew was awesome. Hardworking and they even cleaned up great. I would highly recommend them.
