If they cannot answer a simple phone call and manipulate in the comments what was actually said; they do not appear to be a trustworthy company.Update: Owner decided to call me and leave a threatening phone call telling me “I better listen here, and that if I want to play with fire continue, and that I have a business too and he’ll go after my business” all because I left a negative review on my experience instead of accepting a negative customer experience. I got a couple quotes for a rough-in plumbing job on our permitted addition in Bellevue(ADU kitchen, bath and laundry plus water heater and kitchenette). We ended up going with Knockout Plumbing. Our washing machine stand pipe was backing up and spilling water on the floor. Bee's was able to quickly diagnose the issue and to snake the drain sufficiently to fix the problem.

Jafco was great! Our sewer lined collapsed the day before Easter which were having a party. Jafco came out immediately on a Saturday and got us up and running for our party. They were able to handle all aspects of the repair which was huge. This was a big expense but when I saw all the heavy equipment and the many people involved with our repair I realized the price was fair. I appreciated each time they came out the workers cleaned up and hauled away any extra debris. Having piece of mind that my sewer is not going to be backing anymore is priceless. Thanks Jafco
