We tried getting Fox to come to our home for a water heater replacement and a small leak- they didnt respond to 2 online inquiries or a phone call. Eventually we got a hold of them and they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to, no call and no response when we tried calling them. I guess they really didn't want our business!

Technician Daniel called ahead to say when he'd be here, and he showed up right on time. Very knowledgeable, and he replaced a cracked lighter unit in our furnace like a skilled surgeon. Courteous, professional, and made sure everything was working just right before he asked for payment.

Price Busters just left our house, called 3 days ago when there was a water leak in our furnace room. Zack and Zack arrived and evaluated the problem which they said my husband did a good job repairing. They complimented his work, gave us more valuable information. I liked them wearing the shoe covers, they were courteous, liked our dogs and sounded very knowledgeable. Didn’t charge a penny.
