We had both toilets in our house blocked and it was Saturday afternoon. I called Roto - Rooter and Kenny Kim came out and spent 2 hours making things right. He kept me informed the entire time. We discussed costs before he did any work so at the end of the job I was not surprised. He was a professional all along and we now have working toilets. I am very pleased.

Before Simon even came on-site, he talked through my leak scenario and presented some first steps to take. After following his advice, I then made an appointment for Simon to come out. Simon was professional, and his experience is evident. He detected my leak and kept me informed along the way. I definitely recommend contacting Clearwater Leak Detection first. I did not, and I learned a lesson...but glad I finally connected with Simon.
