When what should have been a simple do-it-yourself job turned up beyond my capabilities after checking several nearby firms, I called Roto-Rooter. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that someone would be available within just a few hours. Plus I was told that I would receive a cost estimate, and if I did not decide on Roto-Rooter there would be no charge. The repair person (whose name cannot recall nor can I decipher his name on the receipt) arrived within two hours of our call. In order for him to fix the problem it was necessary to move furniture, cut a hole in a wall, replace the faucet, install a panel to cover the wall hole, and check to make sure everything was working properly with no leaks.Without the prompt service we would have been without water. So getting the repair underway within three hours of my call was great.

Josh & James were fast at swapping out my tankless water heater and did it with expertise and care. The installation made a mess, which they cleaned up completely and you'd never know it even happened – which is hard to do with plumbing. Josh & James are knowledgable plumbers and very affable. They adapted existing pipework to accommodate a modern appliance. Excellent job.
