These guys aren’t cheap. But I am impressed at how fast they were able to get here, and the speed and quality of their work. I am particularly glad that I brought them in for this job (replacing a toilet and properly hooking up a dishwasher) because Rick checked up on our electrical system while he was working. As it turns out, the plumbers that had replaced our metal pipes with plastic a couple of years back had neglected to re-ground our ancient electrical system properly, or alert us to the danger. Our house could have burned down, and our insurance could have declined to cover it due to the improperly-grounded electrical system. Thanks Rick!

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

SimplePlumbers was great. I called for an estimate to install a leaky kitchen faucet. Got a call back in 15min and a ball park cost, about how how they charge. Booked the install and Joe, came right on time. He took care of the faucet and tightened up a couple other things while he was under the sink. Also great conversation. All around great service. Definitely will call on them in the future.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Jeff was excellent. He took his shoes off without needing to be asked, which was very respectful to our home. He repaired our garbage disposal quickly and was also able to do a minor repair on a toilet as well. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. If we can request him for all our jobs, we will!

The technicians that came out went ABOVE and beyond to find and remediate my unusual clog. They were extremely professional and customer service was amazing. I hope they're available the next time I need help!
