Excellent Service! It starts with the front desk all the way to the repairman. Front desk was very friendly and informative and helped me understand the exact steps that will take place to address my sudden ceiling water damage. Cameron - the serviceman - followed those expectations exactly and talked me thru the estimates and possibilities. He even fixed a small leak in the garbage disposal which was totally not part of the job. I will definitely call on Craftsman again if necessary (hopefully not though). Highly recommend.
