We always appreciate the great work from Jesus and Liam from Beacon Plumbing! They do a great job cleaning up the work site as they go. We’ve been customers for three years! They did a great job today fixing some kitchen plumbing and a new hot water heater.

We met Doug on a Thursday and Nick and his team were at our house the following Monday. They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. We are completely satisfied with their work, and have confidence that the constant head-ache we had with leaky pipes are behind us. Awesome job!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

The Pipe Doctors Josh and Trisha are probably the most honest and good natured plumbers out there. it’s there straight forward honesty combined with many years of pluming experience that make them the ideal resource for any plumbing challenge. They first helped me out with a natural gas leak in my basement, then from there they helped me with a slow draining bathtub, then a sewer problem, and finally an upstairs shower that was leaking to the floor below. In Seattle, with all the recent growth, it becomes difficult as a home owner, to find skilled tradesman that possess the technical knowledge while at the same time maintains honesty and integrity. Their insurance company cancelled their insurance policy. I would not hire a contractor that doesn't have insurance.

As Seahawks fans, we decided to book Beacon for our 1st plumbing issue. The stars given are because of the ease of scheduling and fast availability. The reason for the low score is their price. They almost gave us the wrong diagnosis saying it was a condensation issue and when they were leaving more leaking occurred. After further inspection they found the leak and said the repair would be over 3k. They charged us $220.00 for the call visit. We just had a different reputable company come and quoted us $900.00 to fix the issue Seems to me too big of a difference. Anyways, I thought I'd share in case anyone out there is considering using your services to be aware.
