Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. These guys just finished a side sewer project for my neighbor's and our shared line. We had the now famous 90 year old Seattle sewer pipes and one section had root intrusion. Rob and Jamie were fantastic in quoting up a couple different options. Jason was the crew lead and he was a total professional. In the end the whole project was painless for us and the price was very competitive.

The whole process has been very smooth with office manager Alex always promptly update the project status in advance and the team being on time doing solid work. When I started the project, price busters plumbing was competitive among other contractors, and what I further appreciate is the frank / straightforward way they delivered the offer, rather than a lot of if and buts homeowners may experience elsewhere.
