Driver of vehicle #1535 blew a stop sign at Marine View Dr and Slayden on 5/14 at 4:10pm in Tacoma. The driver almost hit me head on since I had the right of way. Next time I will let you hit me. You will be out of a job and I will get a new car.
If this is the type of people that work for this company AVOID THEM!!

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

I would like to offer my strongest recommendation for Paul Honeyman and his business, Budget Sewer. Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. I am delighted by the excellent work and service they provided us.

They were quick to come out and give initial bid for a project, but upon replying twice over email and once over phone, they would not respond to further questions about the bid, such as material being used and slight adjustments to the bid (like wrong sized pipe indicated in quote). On the call they said they would get back but after a week I gave up waiting. The plumber and staff was friendly otherwise. Initial bid price seemed reasonable.

Justin and his apprentice are very efficient and so professional. Justin explained to me in detail on how the leaking happened and how to avoid it in the future. Definitely five stars!
