I had a great experience with John and Colton. They took the time to explain the problem and the possible solutions so I could make informed decisions. They even showed me how to do a quick fix myself. As a young female homeowner, I’m used to being talked down to, and they didn’t do that at all. I will definitely be calling them for future projects.

EDIT: Since this review, I have used O’Neil for re-plumbing my entire house, as well as replacing my water and sewer lines. They have been amazing every time. They are always honest, even when they could easily make more money by bending the truth. They do quality work, and they stand by it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

We got the privilege or working with Angel and his crew, who were determined to get the issue fixed with a cost-effective method, despite running into a few setbacks. They were able to fully fix the problem and did not increase the price on us. We are grateful for their amazing work.

2 Sons Plumbing installed a sump pump in our home, and while inspecting our crawl space for the quote, they found a few other issues from faulty repairs made by the last owner of the home. They showed pictures and shared recommendations for improvement. Their quotes were competitive with the other bids. I was very happy with their communication, timeliness, invoice/quote documentation, and installation. No issues 1 year later and I would absolutely use them for future needs.

I got a couple quotes for a rough-in plumbing job on our permitted addition in Bellevue(ADU kitchen, bath and laundry plus water heater and kitchenette). We ended up going with Knockout Plumbing. Zach, Colin, Jon and Shannon were all a pleasure to deal with. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Plumbing passed city inspections on the first inspection. The person who did the work was fine, however overall this experience was straight up highway robbery. $1100 to install a bathroom fan I bought, in a job that took less than an hour. They start by charging you in advance just to get someone to come out, with no indication of how much the job is going to cost. 4+ weeks later it's either pay an exorbitant amount or continue trying to find someone else. Explicitly not warranted work either. There was a bit of added difficulty in removing the old unit, and I have some drywall fixing that is needed (through no fault of the person doing the work) but I will avoid Seatown Electric in the future at all costs.

Fixed a hot water tank on a rental property. Great install, great communication, offered fair, clear, and multi-tiered estimates. This is how all services should be run. Thanks Josh for your hard work!
