Best General Electric Fixture Installation in Seattle WA

We used Beacon as they've done a good job on previous plumbing issues. We called them for an electrical issue we were having at a rental. They quoted us $6000 to rewire 3 bedrooms. We ended up calling someone else who determined it was an outlet with a loose wire and replaced it and another outlet. Total charge less that $550. Beacon still charged us for coming out twice (more than we paid for the repair). We called and spoke with a Supervisor Mark, asking for the charges on our card to be reversed. He said he would investigate and get back to me. I never heard back from them. We will never give them any more of our money.

No call/no show. No respect for your time.

Craftsman is my go to plumbing team. I recommend them to anyone I can. They show up on time. They communicate clearly, honestly, and respectfully. They are true professionals who get the job done right.

Had a failed expansion tank. Tyler serviced it quickly and promptly. Our expansion tank was in a difficult to reach spot and Tyler was able to get to the issue, remove it and install new tank promptly, as well as explaining and providing information on water tanks. Thank you, Tyler!
