Best Electrical Emergency in Seattle WA
Our plumbing failed and we had a very large leak develop. We called Two Sons Plumbing and they immediately put us on the schedule for 8:00am the next morning. The next morning we were greeted by a smiling young man (Tyler)! Tyler was very energetic to crawl under the house and fix the problem. Within a few minutes, Tyler emerged from under the house, knew what the problem was, had it fixed, leak tested and ready for use. Thanks Tyler for a great job!!!!

My girlfriend and I were in real trouble and were working on a tight time schedule. We called the first guy out and he looked at it and left and said he couldn’t do anything because of the way our toilet is set up (we are renters and so we had 0 day in how to fix it). He charged us $75 and left. Great. Then we remembered working with Giovanni and how great he was. We called and requested him and he came out ASAP. He got right to work and was able to diagnose the true problem and help us work on a solution, with our tight time schedule in mind. We will never hesitate to use Beacon as long as Giovanni and his partner (doesn’t really matter who it is as long as Gio is there).

We had two leaks that sprung up over the weekend. Dante, our plumber, was able to come out quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. Long story short, both issues were ones I could easily fix myself (after getting a bit of guidance from Dante.) I had feared much worse. I'm so glad they didn't try to over-diagnose or make unnecessary repairs. Best of all, he didn't charge me for his visit! I definitely know who to call the next time I have plumbing needs!

The staff came to us really did a great job. He not only fixed our problem, corrected the light switch wiring, but also provide us with some other suggestions. He is super friendly and answered questions we had. We will definitely hire again if we have needs.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

Wow, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Work.
Started the $20,000 project of connecting us to City after our Septic tank went.
Day 2, Broke our water line (after spending a whole day marking where it was) - 3 days without water. -- don't they do this everyday?
Told us there would repave the concrete they tore up -- Concrete driveway is left a disaster.
Told us they would lay dirt and grass seed -- All rocks : This will be fun to mow grass growing in rocks.
Changed agreement about the last part of the job that we paid for separately and refuses to refund $5,000. Now 3 months of fighting with them it is obvious the workers are lying about the work that was done. We cancelled 3 times, by phone and email. They didn't show for the scheduled appt. so we figured it was clear. Then 3 weeks later show up randomly saying they want to complete job. Talked to 3 different managers now and they keep giving the same run around
SHOTTY WORK -- SHADY WORKERS -- DO NOT CALL BEACON !!

Repair a leaky spigot on our patio. Punctual and so professional and considerate. Explained the work and showed us exactly what they did. Laid down towels for their toolboxes so our carpet would stay clean. Put on booties while inside the house. Vacuumed up the drywall mess. Left a card for a recommended handyman to do the drywall repair. Clear communication all the way through.
