Best Damaged Pipe in Seattle WA

I tried to use ice to clean the garbage disposal, the moter burned out and they were quick, to not only explain why they couldn't give a quote over the phone ( new home buyer here so I dont know anything about housing and upkeep) but they also got here the same week I called, and solved my problem in a very quick amount of time. 10/10 would recommend!! I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about O'Neill; she had an excellent experience with O'Neill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, I'm on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend O'Neill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

It was lucky to have Sewer Friendly for my sewer issue back in 2018, they offered very good price, the crew came in and got the work done within 2 days, very efficient.
