It was not a good experience. Didn't arrive at the scheduled time. Not the person I was told to expect. Didn't bring the equipment I had requested. The price was about double what I have paid in the past for a similar service. Didn't honor their $75 off coupon. The driver can negotiate the charge, so is trying to charge as much as possible. I will not use this company in the future and will tell my neighbors and our community association, not to deal with them as well.

They responded quickly and sent a person to fix it. The first time I called they sent a person who did not turn any water on to check for leaks. I had to ask several times for him to at least test a few things and run some waters to check for leaks. That was odd. Then couple of days later, my tenant called and said she found where the leak is coming from. I asked for a different plumber this time because over all they are a good company. I thought it was very excessive to charge me $950 to change a rusted pop up, granted it is a pedestal sink so a bit harder access. They changed with a new faucet and changed the pea trap as well. I do appreciate they did it all in on visit and got the fixture as well. It was convenient and Frank explained all that was needed very well before doing the work over the phone to me. But I do wonder if I had shopped a round for a different plumber I might have done it for half the price. I okayed it anyways, because that particular day it was worth the hassle free and convenient fix and shopping for parts all done by Frank.

Bryan and Jason did a great job with our sewer line repair and replacement! Sewer Friendly was even able to bump us up a week and we couldn’t be happier to have this sewer issue behind us. The team was professional, timely and professional. Thank you! 5 star!

Called them for advice about storm drains two different times, they were so helpful on the phone and really kind. They gave me the facts and their advice. I will definitely use them for any problems.

What a great group of people. Too bad they do such good work. I would like to have them come over again because it was such a good experience, but once it's fixed, it just doesn't break again.

When our older house was having some drainage problems in the basement for which I’d spent weeks looking at diy fixes. Joe identified the problem basically immediately and helped us find an ideal solution for a fairly big problem! We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
