Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

Connell was able to stop by and help us out with a furnace condensate freeze that occurred during the Snowpocalypse of 2021 in Seattle 3 days after Christmas. He gave us great insight and was never pushy with his estimates and laid out all our options on dealing with the problem. Highly recommend and will use for future plumbing issues!

These guys rock! From the phone call returned first thing in the morning, extremely professional and friendly office staff. Followed up with a time they would be there - although they were late, they called to let me know and it really wasn't an issue. Showed me exactly what was going on, why the clog happened (bad drain line install during remodel 14 years ago), what we should do to keep it from happening again. Price was fair, they told me what they were going to do and what it would cost, and they ended up having to do more extensive work but the cost didn't change. Highly recommend Green House Plumbing - Wahab did a great job.
