The technician could not unclog the toilet the clog was too far down and instead of leaving and saying sorry the owner was called out and he did a thorough evaluation and went through an external vent instead of the toilet found the clog removed the clog and did not charge anymore for this service. I would highly recommend them I give them an 11 out of 10 stars

Robert came today 11/11/2022 for a possible main line back up (based on gurgling sound fro bathtub after toilet flush). It took him 30 seconds to diagnose that it was simply our “j-valve” under the rub that had dried due to lack of use/water drying out. Ran the tub and problem solved! Honesty - didn’t make up a reason to do unnecessary work - just a straight up diagnosis based on experience and expertise. Robert didn’t charge us for the visit and we’ve found our permanent plumber and plumbing company!

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

Honestly, this is the first plumping company who showed up on time, gave honest assessment of the problem, and handled right away.
