Best Water Supply in Santa Ana CA

I made the call to Tweedy and friendly, professional service tech came out when promised. Older water heater in perfect working order, but pilot light was not staying lit and thermo-couple was in need of replacing. Service tech was not able to replace thermo-couple, so only course of action was $1380 new water heater. No love / discount shown to neighborhood customer. I definitely recommend doing your price comparing before committing to Tweedy.

My service professional was Buddy. He was amazing. He installed a new water heater upstairs, installed new facets over wash machine, but most of all, he found me a new kitchen sink and installed it. My original contractor who did my kitchen remodel installed a 50 lb cast iron sink improperly and it broke loose and started to fall. My contractor was unwilling to come fix it. He kept ghosting me. Buddy was the only one willing to take on this very difficult job. He went above and beyond my expectations. It was very difficult to find a sink that would fit but he did and made it work. I was so very grateful! I highly recommend his work. He has a very pleasant and professional personality. Thank you again Buddy!!!

We have used this company twice now and both times were great experiences. They are easy to work with, honest. This past week we had Jorge and Bernie out. They assessed and fixed our issue in less than 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them for any future needs!

My water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not rekindle. I wasn't happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing communication fast quality work an all around great service

Cal Pro Plumbing are by far the nicest, cleanest, professional and efficient plumbers we've ever worked with! We called them because our water heater was leaking, fearful it was about to give out. They were out here the very next morning and had it replaced with a brand new tank, had cleaned up the area and removed our old tank in under two hours. Both of workmen who arrived and completed the job (Sal and Justin) were the most professional, efficient and polite workmen we've ever encountered! Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

Top notch job by Red Line Rooter of fixing a messy exterior main line broken pipe at my house. Strongly recommended if you have a plumbing issue. They are good.

Quick Water Heater is the best water heater service I've ever worked with in Orange County or anywhere in the good ol US of A. Their pricing was accurate and there were no surprise fees on my bill. I simply filled out the form on their site and I was speaking to a tech in under an hour. I'll be using them for all of my properties from here on out.
