Answered the phone promptly. I had them look into two of my water heaters that were aging. The replaced one and recommended that I contact the manufacturer about a possible warranty on the second one. I respect that they didn't just try and sell me a second one and I ended up getting it fixed for free due to a recall on the second one! Honesty is rare, thanks!

They gave me a free in person quote when 3 other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $50 just to come out.

They were very personable and friendly. I called them because I had wet drywall. Before they started, they let me know that it may be better to have the HOA manage it as it could be a shared pipe. They were happy to start work but let me know that the HOA would likely not cover it as it was not the HOAs contracted plumber.

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

Nolan was the only who picked up the phone after 1:30am. He completely put us at ease and did fantastic work on the tub valve. We are going book Nolan for another hob based upon this experience.

I called on a Saturday afternoon, told them my problem. 20 minutes later, the 2 plumbers arrived. Assessed the situation, went the the HW store and picked up what was needed. They knew exactly what to do and to fix it correctly. Price is good, but the attention to detail was great. Definitely recommend.
