Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

Our washer got backed up and started leaking, I called Eric and he had Robert out the same day to clear the pipe and get us back up and running! Robert took his time and explained what he was doing, did the job wonderfully, and cleaned up nicely! I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

Extremely pleased with service! James Athens was amazing. This was his second time back…he was originally here to fix our master toilet in May, which he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, we had to have him come back and do some more plumbing work as we thought the toilet was leaking, but it wasn’t!! Come to find out, we ended up having a small pin-hole leak in our copper pipe, which was building up while we were on vacation. He cut through our downstairs ceiling and found the issue and immediately repaired it. I truly appreciate his dedication to his job and his honesty! Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
