I called Barker & Sons to check for a gas leak (my usual plumber does not have the equipment for this service). I'm happy I called them for a few reasons. First, they were highly responsive. Their team that responds to customer inquiries was professional and called back when they said they would. They were also very informative regarding scheduling for the appointment. When my technician James K arrived, he was thorough in checking my appliances and lines, only to find out it was an easy fix. To ensure I didnt go through the trouble of calling him out for something so simple, he checked a few other things for me as well. very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job and would absolutely recommend James and Barker & Sons.

Our water heater decided to fail on New Years’ Day. I called Moffett Plumbing early the next morning, and was given a 3:00 to 5:00 appointment window, which I was OK with. We were happy to get a call at noon saying they would be an hour or so early. Jonathan was terrific! He presented us with our options, we chose one, and he took care of the rest. We had hot water about 30 minutes after he left. They aren’t the least expensive company around, but the bottom line is that we are very happy with the outcome. We will use them next time we have need of their services.

Best plumbers ever

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

This was the first time we used clean out King's service. They were very clean and professional. Our plan was to change half bath faucet, plus changing sink and faucet in our kitchen.
