I called 3 plumbers for our emergency water leak in the attic. Scott’s Plumbing was the only plumber to return my call to work Christmas Eve. This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!
