I spoke with many companies about the sewer line repair options I needed. After speaking with Shandy and Tim, with EPipe I stopped calling others because Shandy and Tim gave me the comfort level of their professional experience in how to resolve the work I needed and remedy my multiple sewer line issues. The work was accomplished as was stated and promised. I will be hiring EPipe for additional plumbing and sewer work needed.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!
