We are totally impressed with the plumbing work done by Barker and Sons Plumbing & Rooter. They were very professional and everyone who we dealt with and spoke to was very kind and accommodating. They fixed an issue with our drain and sewer line and and it appears to be working back to 100%! They are reliable and very trustworthy, which is what you want when dealing with plumbing issues. Most impressive is their communication and followup system, which is personal and gives the customer clear expectations on arrival times, quotes, etc. We will definitely be using them as our go-to Orange County plumber from now on!

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
