April 10, 2023 Excellent work on fixing my kitchen faucet leak. Vince was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and did the repair correctly and cleaned up after he was done. Vince has a great personality and I appreciated his sense of humor. Vince also performed the annual plumbing inspection that I received for free for being a member of the Family Club.I had two new toilets installed and I couldn’t be happier with the service and work provided by Moffett Plumbing. Nate, the technician was professional and personable. He expertly installed the two new toilets with no problems. I decided to use Moffett based on my parents using them a few months back for work in their house and how good a job they did. I reviewed their website and liked what I saw. I liked that they are a family business, have been in the business for many years and have a A+ rating with the BBB. Nate also went over the Family Club that Moffett has and I decided to join. It feels great to know that I have a plumbing company that I can rely on for all things to do with plumbing!

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

Not only did they fix the clog but they found and fixed another problem with the toilet that we didn’t even know about. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Thank you clean out kings for coming and clearing out my drains on such short notice! Almost every sink in my house was clogged and backing up and they were able to send somebody out and assess what the problem was. It turns out I had roots growing into the pipes! I didn’t even know that was a thing! They cleared the roots and had my drains working in no time flat!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Highly recommend this business! We had a plumbing emergency and called numerous plumbers, but they were the only one who was able to come out right away. Shawn was professional and explained the issues we were having and was able to temporarily help us remedy the situation to keep our kitchen sink usable until a follow-up visit to do the main repair. Eddie an Nick came out a few days later and completed the necessary work we needed. All of them were professional, efficient, courteous, and explained exactly what they were going to do before the work started. They also cleaned up after the work was done. This is a great business to work with, we will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs. Save this one in your contacts! We recommend 10/10!
