Our kitchen sink backed up and garbage disposal was not working properly. We called and Jesse arrived. He was on time, professional and knew exactly how to fix our issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly (and a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan like my wife is 😀). We are so extremely satisfied and glad we chose this company. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs we may have in the future, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We had a clogged sink that another plumbing company tried to charge us $1000 to fix with a hydrojet. Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

The Shafer plumbing guys were friendly, diligent, really seemed to know their job and didn't leave any mess. They arrived when expected and quickly got us converted from a tank water heater to a tankless and back to enjoying hot water again.

I called Quick Water Heater Company late Tuesday night because my water heater was leaking. They came out the next morning promptly at 9am to check it for me. They happened to have an extra water heater in their van and replaced it right there on the spot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quick, great customer service!
