He was able to show me the current situation of my sewer line and afterwards the results of the jetting. As usual Barker and Son’s technicians are very professional, courteous, and educate their customers. I took advantage of the membership program and plan to use this company for future needs.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.
