I couldn't have asked for a better experience addressing the uncertain issue of dealing with a leaking toilet. From my panicked call on Sunday with Alex, to the scheduling/update calls on Monday with Missy/Misty and Anthony to the actual service call with Dominick and Jesse, I received outstanding, courteous and professional service. Jesse and Dominick walked me through the repair options, answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout their analysis of the situation. Realizing my house only has one toilet, they ensured a timely repair without cutting any corners and doing whatever they had to do to complete the job properly and on the first visit. Their workmanship and attention to detail was far superior to any expectation a person may typically have when undergoing such a repair (complete toilet replacement and flange repair in a very old house). I'll definitely be recommending your services to everyone I know.

These guys are great. They came out today to fix a lead that another plumbing company left. Matt diagnosed the issue, called our landlord, explained the issue and even got her to sign off on the repairs right on the spot (not always an easy feat with our landlord). I greatly appreciated their friendly demeanor and outlook. Matt and his intern/apprentice Ashe were outstanding. They could even make appropriate small talk when appropriate (which is better than standing awkwardly waiting for things to happen). Their rates seem reasonable from what I know of plumbing - I would definitely recommend them! Beyond that, their POS system/tablet that they can use to take pictures, send invoices and more is a plus in and of itself. I could see the invoice, pictures and all in an email that was sent to the landlord. Thanks Team!

Serve Right was incredible. They removed an old water softener and installed a new one. The team was friendly and explained the process in a easy to understand way. They showed us how to replace future filters. They also replaced our water heater line that was corroding. Very professional and kind.

I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. He talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling this company for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!thank you so much.

I love Jacot Plumbing! I have had them out several times for plumbing fixes. They have fixed when other plumbers have said not fixable and needs to be replaced. They are prompt, courteous and just all around great!

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely use J&L Plumbing Services in the future for any additional work I need.

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!
