Jesse and Dominick walked me through the repair options, answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout their analysis of the situation. Realizing my house only has one toilet, they ensured a timely repair without cutting any corners and doing whatever they had to do to complete the job properly and on the first visit. Their workmanship and attention to detail was far superior to any expectation a person may typically have when undergoing such a repair (complete toilet replacement and flange repair in a very old house). After I made a botched attempt at fixing a shower that wasn't working correctly, we decided to call the pros. After hearing good things on the local community pages and seeing positive reviews, we called Moffett for a diagnosis. Vincent showed up in short order, when they said they would and got to diagnosing. He found the issue and explained it clearly and gave me multiple options on how to fix it. He got the parts and found another issue while finishing the repair, giving us a good deal on getting everything finalized and finished up. He was very respectful and friendly, and helped in explaining all of the different issues and items in the system affected. After dealing with other horrible vendors through a home warranty, it was refreshing to get someone who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
