If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. Our water heater suddenly stopped working so we needed someone to come out asap.The customer service was excellent. They sent a service technician in less than an hour or so and he arrived promptly. He was courteous, transparent and honest with diagnosis and pricing. We decided to get a new one and he got it installed incredibly fast, within a couple hours.In summary, I called them early afternoon and was still able to fix dinner the same night. Just awesome.

Don is very responsive.. I called and he sent a plumber same day to repair a leak .. he also installed a pressure regulator for us .. Pricing is very good .. you won’t need to search for another plumber !
