We have used Tweedy over the past five years and always called them back to help out. NEVER AGAIN!

Called them to router a clogged patio drain and the process was a dismal failure. The plumber that came was nice enough, but he did not approach the stoppage from both ends--from the drain opening and the street. He concentrated on the opening, but never went to the street outlet that we had discussed early in the operation. He did use a balloon to no avail and said that the pipe was probably broken. He never went to street to work the other way on the blockage.

When I called the office yesterday afternoon and explained my displeasure I was told by the son of the owner that you don't beat horses and all that could be done was done. I did explain about the other entry point, but that had no impact. He did say that he would talk to his associate and get back to me today, which he did.

I called back this morning and was told that the plumber in question had asked me if I wanted him to enter from the street and that I would not cough another $185.00 to do that. That statement was a lie and I told the office so. We had already discussed that approach and the plumber said he was willing to do that if the close drain entry did not work. We did discuss hydro-jet at two different price points, but I did not go for a private jet ticket to Europe!

Today, I shared with the office a saying my dad used with me. There are two parts to every job and you must make every good faith effort to complete both professionally. There was NO Good Faith effort to follow through on the second part-entry from the storm drain on the curb. Money was one reason and fear that their mechanical snake might be damaged... That was the cost of doing business in my previous employ!

Never ever again with I hire or recommend Tweedy to do job for me or anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

$245.00 down the drain both figuratively and literally...

Communication of the arrival window with updates was great; and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care that was taken in the service call, all the way from the supervisor to the technicians. Even after the service was complete, Jesus went above and beyond to ensure that there weren't additional hidden problems associated with my drain. You all are the best.

Super helpful and great website. I had a problem with my disposal and was able to get it running quickly with simple guidance. If these guys were in Houston I would call them first if I had a problem I couldn't fix.

Everything from my initial call to them and speaking with their receptionist, to follow up from the office, to my interaction with my technician (Rudy) was perfect! Rudy helped me understand the steps is would take to properly and completely fix my issue, he answered my questions, he kept me updated along the way, and most importantly, he fully fixed my drain issue. I had called out 2 other companies in the past 2 years to clear it, and am glad I went to Moffett for the current visit/service! Highly recommended!

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. Jacot Plumbing was sent out by my insurance company to assess a plumbing issue. Charles was great and respectful of the current COVID-19 situation by wearing a mask, etc. He was thorough in his inspection and reached out to my insurance company immediately after leaving my home. He even asked me how I was doing on supplies as he said they carry stuff in the truck should their customers need anything! I was good on everything except TP... so he was kind enough to give me a couple of rolls!!!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana
