We have used this company twice now and both times were great experiences. They are easy to work with, honest. This past week we had Jorge and Bernie out. They assessed and fixed our issue in less than 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them for any future needs!

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time. Technicians that have worked at my home are courteous and professional. They take their time to explain the problem and how to resolve it. Would recommend Jacot to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Completely satisfied with the pex re-pipe job completed on our house in Laguna Niguel. The Caliber One team were great. They did some extensive work and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop along the way, showing me all the problems, even possible future problems, and all the options we could do. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I knew I could trust them to get it done right and for a fair price.

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel. He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
