Hasan was courteous. His company truck, & himself was clean which is what I first noted. He was patient, & we experience no pressure from him. Good job!

This company has ruined my life. For those of you who are already employed but looking for a new job, do not waste your time here. Keep your current job and look elsewhere instead of making the mistake I made. As a helper/apprentice, you will be promised full-time hours with 5 day work weeks but then you will get texts saying Sorry there is no work available today. Stay home. several days in a row even when there are plumbers out on the field and then you’ll eventually just get laid off when you question what's going on... No work available, huh ? Even if the plumber doesn't need assistance, the helper could still watch and learn everything the plumber is doing. As a result, I've been unemployed since July and can't go back to my previous job. Do not waste your time or risk leaving the job you already have for this job. This company will only schedule you when they need you and they will screw you over.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

The recent heavy rain caused some flooding to my backyard, I made a emergency call to Fanti Plumbing, spoke with Robert and he came over as soon as he could to check out what was going on. After assessing the situation, I chose to hydro jet the draining system in my back yard because it was clogged and causing the flooding. Robert used a camera to inspect the drains from the front of the house curb to the end of the pipes and ultimately there was root intrusion within the pipes and it caused damaged/cracking to the pipes underneath the cement. So glad I called Fanti Plumbing, they are very honest and upfront about pricing. Pricing is fair and the quality of work matches. I will be calling Fanti Plumbing to move forward with the repairs that need to be made.

Great Service, very honest and fair. Keep their number and call them when you need plumbing service. I called Roto Rooter they told me it will cost me $590.00. Gregorio came, at 9:30pm. He fixed the issue for FREE. But asked me to replace the piping and the faucet for $260.00 I asked how about if I replace the sink as well he said he will not charge me it comes under $260. They are awesome, very professional, very honest, clean and they know their work. I am so glad I find Gregorio. He will be my plumber. :) The experience is beyond 5 starts.

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
