My name is Don Julienne I had service work done on February 17th 2020 to replace 3 shut off valves under our kitchen sink. Taylor Full was the plumber who came in and did the work. Frankly I was a little surprised when she came in but her friendly and straight forward demeanor and confidence was refreshing. As a retired VP of Operations and Customer Support perception is reality and she did an excellent job given the confines of the plumbing space to work with. She had to cut both the back of our cabinet and pipe and explained everything prior to the work. It was a nice clean job all around. She took the time to explain the issues and process and was done in about 2 hours. She made this first time use of Orange Coast a very positive experience and a future go to for any plumbing issues.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Jeff came out and unclogged a second floor shower drain at my house. Jeff was very professional and courteous and offered some tips to prevent our drain from clogging again.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

We’ve had Jeff come out and work on our home several occasions with various plumbing issues. He is always respectful very detailed in all work he will be doing. He does a fantastic job very clean. This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!
