Creative Repipe did the total repipe of our home. Rafael Gonzalez did an excellent job explaining all the details of the piping products and install techniques when he came to give us our estimate. HIs price was $3200 lower than our other bid. The install crew was on time & there were no surprises and everything was done on the exact time table as promised. They also did a great job installing our new water softener and our new shower valve. It was all done so quickly which meant only 1 day whereas the other company was going to take 4 days installing the new pipes. The following day the patching was completed & you can't tell there were holes on the inside or outside walls to run the pipes. Its such peace of mind knowing we don't have to worry about slab leaks anymore.

I am so disappointed with the service we received from this company. We hired them to repipe our home. While repiping the house they damaged our wood countertops in the laundry room and kitchen by dropping pipes on them and putting large dings and scratches in the countertops and breaking the molding in the kitchen and at the coffee bar. During the drywall and texture phase they left our home in complete disarray. They repair patches were unprofessional and incomplete as many areas were left without texture put back onto the wall. They were lazy and did not even remove the outlet covers instead just textured around or on the outlet covers. They had texture all over everything in our home, on the floors, cabinets, baseboards, cabinet pulls, and countertops. While I appreciate they came out three times trying to correct their mistakes the damage still has not been resolved. They tried to glue the broken kitchen molding back together and in doing so we now have wood glue dripping down our kitchen cabinets and on our countertops. They tried to fix the wood countertops by throwing some wood putty in the holes which didn't match in color and fell out the next day. I have tried for several weeks to reach the owner to discuss the damages to our home with no return phone call.

This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.
