I received the best service from Orange Coast Plumbing that it surpassed my expectations. There are so many good things that was satisfying. What happened was that my shower handle that turns the water on and off broke off so I couldn’t turn the water on or off with a plier. Today, the handle part left in the wall popped out and water started leaking out of the hole in the wall. I had to shut off my water and it was the weekend, so I was worried about someone coming out on short notice and the cost. I was impressed with the response of Orange Coast Plumbing to my phone call and the response time of the plumber, Scott, in coming out. It took only 15-20 min from the time of the phone call and him at my front door. He figured out the problem in no time, replaced the part and we had water running in our home within the hour. He was very efficient and courteous. To top it off, everything was reasonably priced and it all worked out. Thank you so much, Scott! You saved my weekend! What an amazingly good experience. I had a wonderful, polite and extremely professional plumber named Nate come to help me with my water heater problem. I had been having burner problems for 6 months and couldn't handle it any longer. After his diagnosis and upon his advise that I agreed completely with I thought it best to go with a new water heater. He in no way pressured me into anything and agreed to do whatever I felt comfortable with. He sat me up with a great water heater at a fair and reasonable price. He removed the old one and installed the new one. His work was meticulous and very professional, I could tell he takes pride in his work. I could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer, I will make a point to ask for Nate each time. Thanks to Nate and Moffett Plumbing for a job well done.

We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option.

After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions.

I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus.

Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
