The office called to inform me in advance that the service tech (Brett) was on the way and would be arriving within the time period that I had previously scheduled with Scott English Plumbing. Brett arrived as scheduled. Very professional and knowledgeable in representing himself and the company - actual good old solid eye-to-eye in communicating with him.He pointed out the options of repairing the existing faucet versus replacing the old faucet with a new one that I had purchased from Home Depot. I decided on installing the new faucet. The job was finished in a timely manner and the location left spotless. Highly recommended!

Eric is nothing short of a wonderful person and business man. He took time out of his very busy schedule to guide me through steps regarding a leak and mitigation incident, without even being a customer. Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
