William C. Saved my sanity, after a repaired slab leak we suddenly had more water coming from the same area. I was headed out to work so I could only hope it wouldn't keep streaming it. He called to set an appointment the next day but after hearing my concerns with more water he called to see if he could get approval for after 5. He did and showed up on time...he withstood my questions and my concerns as to why it was happening again. He explained why they call it a slab leak nod fter determining the ther were no leaks in my unit he set out to determine where the water was coming from...he was very thorough in solving the mystery and did. This review is long overdue! The recent rains overflowed the roof drain pipe and cracked.... which leaked down to the basement! Glad the team was able to come out within an hour to fix! Took half a day and no more leaking! Thank you!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. He talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling this company for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!thank you so much.

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him
