I am Robert Ungar and been a club member of Tom Moffett Plumbing since 2014. I am very happy with the work Tom Moffett Plumbing does on my home. Chris D. and Adam of Tom Moffett Plumbing, Inc. did plumbing work at my home this last week. Chris D. installed a new whole house carbon filtration system for my inside the house water supply. Chris D. did a really great job educating me about this system. I would have not bought this system if Chris D. had not educated me about this system. I really like this system, and it provides me water that is much healthier and cleaner. It is much better for my home plumbing system. I already have experienced the great benefits of this system. Chris D. also did my free annual inspection I receive with my club membership. He did a very complete and careful inspection. Adam put a liner on my complete outside sewer system piping because it was in bad shape. He also replaced my water service piping with a better kind of piping because it was in bad shape. Adam did a very complete and careful job and explained in great detail what was going on. Adam left my jobsite very clean when he was done. Chris D. and Adam took a lot of time with me, explained things in detail, and answered all my questions. They seem very knowable, nice, and friendly and made me very feel very comfortable and satisfied with their work. I give them my highest recommendations.

Fernando is brilliant, just brilliant. Incredibly professional, honest and modern. Fernando knows the appetite we require to complete the job. I had him install a water system in our home in Irvine. I am bringing him back for water heater and so much more. His knowledge of tankless is second to none.

Jen, at the office, is always fast on the response and keeps us posted on all our work orders. Chris and Rob are the guys that usually work on our properties. They are always on time and make sure the job is done the first time. Anytime there are issues after the repair has been done, Serve Rite will go back out right away and check up on their work.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

They finished the job in 2 days, as promised, and their price was cheaper than all the other estimates I received. I highly recommend Re-pipe specialist!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.
